Pond Rooms

An extra adult bed can be installed in Pasture Rooms only. An additional cost of US$60 / TTD$390 per night, including breakfast, applies.

Our All-Inclusive plans are based on double occupancy and include room, breakfast, luncheon and dinner plus non-premium alcohol, sodas, juices and beers.

Where guests on All-Inclusive are accompanied by a child (6-12 years), an additional charge of USD$14 / TTD$91 per night will apply to children up to 5 years of age, and USD$62 / TTD$403 per night for ages 6-12 years.

• Cribs can be provided in Pasture Rooms and Little Bo Peep at an additional cost of US$9 / TTD$59 per night.
• Children 0-5 years old eat for free + USD$14 / TTD$91 for the bed.
• Children 6-12 yeard old - breakfast included in cost USD$62 / TTD$403.

Payment of a deposit is required to secure reservations, as follows:

• 1 - 5 nights: a deposit of one night rental.
• 6 - 14 nights: 30% of the total rental price.
• over 14 nights: 50% of the total rental price.

Payment of the rental balance is to be made on check-in.

Accounts can be paid by Visa/MasterCard, cash (TTD/USD/EURO/GBP) or by direct deposit or wire transfer to our RBC Royal Bank account (details on request).

A deposit of TTD$100 is required for the use of beach towels.

Cancellation of reservations are subject to the following terms:

• 3 months before arrival - full refund of the deposit.
• Less than six weeks before arrival - you will forfeit the full amount unless a new guest is found for the same period. If an alternative guest is found, the deposit less a 5% administration charge will be refunded.
• Up six weeks before arrival - you will forfeit your booking deposit.

All breakages and damage are the sole responsibility of the guest.

Check-in: 3pm
Check-out: 12pm (noon).

Early check-in or late check-out are at the discretion of the hotel and will depend upon room availability at the time of check-in. An additional fee of US$15 / TTD$94 per hour applies.
